Jennifer Darbyshire

Hailing from the bright lights of Blackpool, Jen is our newest recruitment consultant. Following a degree in Criminology from UCLAN, Jen had a stint working with firearms before a career change. Her love of building relationships and learning new things brought Jen into the recruitment sphere and following her first role as a specialist recruiter for the healthcare industry, Jen joined Premier Resourcing in 2024.

Jen works across PR, Marketing and Comms roles, placing talent in agencies, in-house teams and scale -up ventures in London, Cambridge and across the UK. 

An avid Manchester United fan, Jen enjoys discovering the lively food and drink scene of Cambridge since her move south as well as spending time with her French bulldog Lincoln.
