My client, a global PR agency that has the belief their work has a positive impact on the world we live in, is looking for a new Account Manager to join their passionate and collaborative team.

  • Salary: c£37,000 + bonuses
  • Super hybrid! No mandatory days you will need to go in the office.

What they are looking for:

Their AMs are active drivers on client accounts and play a key part in delivering multiple campaigns while supporting and furthering their clients ambitions and guiding their junior team.

  • Excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of personal responsibility and high-quality standards.
  • Have day-to-day accountability to key clients, ensuring that you meet their needs while developing and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong writing ability - able to confidently develop written materials that follows the strategic direction of the client.
  • Strong media relationships to secure tier one earned media coverage
  • Able to develop a good understanding of your client’s business and industry sector and build trusted client relationships.
  • Be confident managing junior team members while supporting and reporting to senior members of the team.
  • Experience of supporting new business development and organic proposals
  • Strong me management - ability to work flexibly across different teams, manage your workload, meet deadlines and deliver against OKRs.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in marketing or communications
  • An in depth interest in the tech sector (cyber security, AI and ecommerce) and how these technologies can use their reach to better the world we live in
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience managing junior team members
  • Strong writing & communication skills
  • Strong media relationships
  • Experience in managing client budgets
  • Self and team management skills (time management, personal accountability etc.)
