A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development professional to join a leading agency renowned for its creative communications campaigns and strong relationships. The agency works with both global giants and challenger brands, offering a boutique-level service with a global mindset. With offices in London, Paris, Munich, and Düsseldorf, their team of multidisciplinary experts is expanding.

Role Overview:

The position is ideal for an experienced business development professional with a strong knowledge of PR, social, content, and influencer communications. The successful candidate will lead the generation and securing of new client leads within the consumer technology and gaming sectors, utilizing various tactics such as LinkedIn outreach, marketing collateral, and attendance at major events.

With around 20 people in the UK office, they boast a collaborative and supportive team environment with low staff turnover and no office politics. The agency is partly VC-funded with a previous £2 million cash injection, ensuring financial stability.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Position: AM – SAD Level (Business Development)
  • Salary: £35-65K basic, with a generous commission scheme. 
  • Location: Central London - Hybrid working. (Role can either be full time or 3 days a week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and securing new client leads within the consumer technology, lifestyle, and gaming sectors.
  • Networking, attending industry trade shows, and engaging with potential clients.
  • Utilizing LinkedIn outreach, marketing collateral, and attending major events to generate leads.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong knowledge of PR, social, content, and influencer communications.
  • Experience in pitching, lead generation, and understanding the agency model.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and ability to target the right market.
  • Conversational or business-level French/German is a plus but not essential.
