Dylan Norris

After balancing studying for an Open University degree in Accounting and Business Management with a career in Retail Management, Dylan cut his recruitment teeth as a specialist recruiter in the tech sector, working with local start-ups to large multi-nationals.

Dylan joined Premier as a Consultant in 2023, hitting the ground running with placements secured in his first month. Dylan's love of people helps him to seamlessly connect top PR & Comms talent with global agencies, scale-ups and in-house teams.

Outside of work Dylan loves walking his greyhounds, August and Winnie, and kayaking on the river Ouse (although never at the same time, apparently!).  As a fan of NFL, Dylan's ambition for 2024 is to watch New York Giants at the MetLife Stadium.
