PR: Account Manager – Financial Services - Leading integrated communications agency
- Location: Central London (Hybrid, 2–3 days in office)
- Salary: £38,000–£42,000 + strong benefits
Are you an experienced Account Manager or a strong SAE ready to step up? This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier integrated communications agency, supporting high-growth fintechs and major financial institutions on strategic, creative campaigns.
This team has just secured multiple new wins across sustainable finance, private equity, fintech, and insurance. They’re now looking for a commercially minded Account Manager who’s confident leading delivery and building trusted client relationships.
The Role
- Day-to-day client lead across 3–5 retained financial services accounts
- Build and lead integrated comms programmes across PR, digital and brand
- Pitch to national and trade media, manage issues, and lead campaign execution
- Mentor and support junior team members (SAE/AE level)
- Contribute to new business and pitch strategy
About You
- 2–3 years of communications experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of financial services sectors (e.g., fintech, wealth, insurance)
- Confident managing delivery and owning media relationships
- Clear thinker with strong writing skills and strategic instincts
- Proactive, detail-focused, and passionate about news and finance
