  • Annual Salary: Up to £40K depending on level. 

The Opportunity: Our client is seeking an ambitious and motivated Account Manager to join their dynamic corporate team. Working within a positive entrepreneurial agency culture, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of client assignments, spanning corporate reputation, thought leadership, issues management, B2B brand building, employee engagement, and sustainability.

With a focus on building strategic, long-term relationships with clients, they deliver creatively disruptive campaigns that drive sustained impact on business objectives.

The Role: As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in delivering excellent day-to-day client work, ensuring campaigns are on track, and providing strategic counsel to clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Corporate positioning
  • Strategic communication planning
  • Thought leadership
  • Executive profiling
  • Newsroom management
  • Digital content creation
  • Stakeholder engagement, public affairs, sustainability storytelling, and crisis management.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant agency experience delivering broad corporate/corpsumer campaigns to a high standard.
  • Sector experience in FMCG, energy, electric vehicles, property, retail, technology, food, professional services, aviation (desirable).
  • Broad understanding of media and what makes a story, with proven media contacts.
  • Ambition to uphold high standards and deliver world-class work, striving for excellence at all times.
  • Desire to contribute to business development through supporting on pitches, proposals, and agency marketing activities.
