Senior Account Director | Consumer (Lifestyle & Sportswear)

My client, a rapidly growing creative PR agency, are looking for a Senior Account Director with an entrepreneurial spirit to join their team!

  • Location: Central London.
  • Salary: c£60,000 - £70,000 depending on level and experience.

For my client, 2024 is a period of optimism and growth. They have honed their proposition and are ready to build on the opportunities they have created. This new role will lead across new business pitches whilst simultaneously driving and growing clients.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated with a proven track record in leading and winning new business pitches with a high win ratio, as well as managing key client accounts and driving substantial client growth.The ideal candidate will have high level skills in leadership, management and accountability, with the ability to provide strategic counsel to the agency and its clients- together with excellent experience, knowledge and a genuine passion in lifestyle and sportwear markets.

Your background:


  • You’ll have 9+ years of experience directing, winning and growing clients at agency level
  • Proven experience in winning new business, leading pillar clients and significantly growing clients
  • A strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, trends and insights
  • The ability to pull a presentation together and present it with passion and persuasive confidence
  • Strong understanding of the sectors we work in; and ability to talk convincingly about this
  • You will have an innate commercial radar, able to spot opportunities and turn them profitably to your advantage


  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adopt a ‘we never stand still’ attitude
  • Ability to gain trust and respect from clients and colleagues
  • You’ll have an appetite for future trends and how to implement them as a product/service
  • Strong presentation and/or public speaking skills and exceptional written communication skills
  • Hungry, self-starting multi-tasker with desire to exceed expectations
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised and forward thinking
  • Ability to bring a wealth of experience and culture to help brands connect to their target audiences
  • A natural problem solver and ability to quickly find solutions and be agile / pivot where needed
  • Ability to adopt and embrace agency values and processes
  • Methodical and efficient approach to working, using common sense and initiative
  • Comfortable, willing and proactive to work outside of specialist areas
