Gaming & Tech Creator Campaigns: Senior Executive / Associate Manager
- Central London — fully flexible, remote available
Two roles in the creator team of an established gaming and consumer tech agency, running creator campaigns for some of the biggest names in the industry.
The client: Gaming & Consumer Tech Communications Agency
An established London communications agency specialising in video games, esports and consumer tech, working with publishers, hardware brands and platforms across the industry. Its creator team is growing and works across every creator project in the agency, so the variety is wide. The culture is friendly and supportive, people are trusted with real responsibility early, and progression is strong — several of the senior team started at executive level.
The role: Senior Creator Campaigns Executive / Associate Creator Campaigns Manager
You'd run paid and organic creator campaigns for gaming and consumer tech clients from start to finish. That means researching and approaching the right creators, pitching organic campaigns around key client moments, handling contracts and negotiations, keeping budgets on track across multiple projects, and reporting back on what each campaign delivered. You'd also build relationships with creators and talent agencies, keep the creator database up to date, and organise creator trips and travel to industry events.
At the Associate Manager level, you'd line manage a junior team member, advise clients directly on creator and wider marketing strategy, and help shape how the team runs and wins new business.
For the Senior Executive role, you'll need around 1–2 years in creator or influencer management. For the Associate Manager role, 2+ years, ideally with some leadership experience. Agency experience is preferred at both levels, along with a real interest in and understanding of gaming and consumer tech. Esports knowledge is a plus.
