A rare opportunity to step into a senior role at one of London's most highly regarded independent communications agencies in the B2B technology space.
This is a specialist shop that has spent nearly two decades building deep expertise across enterprise tech, cyber, cloud, AI, telecoms, fintech and sustainable technology. The team is around 30 people, based in the heart of central London, and the agency has an endless list of awards.
The client roster spans household-name enterprise brands, high-growth challenger businesses and venture-backed disruptors. Campaigns are research-led, commercially focused and tend to blend PR with wider marketing activity, rather than sitting in a media relations silo. Proprietary in-house tools sit behind the work, and the agency has a strong track record of turning coverage into measurable impact.
The agency is hiring across two senior levels — Senior Account Manager and Account Director — and is open to strong candidates from B2B tech, cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, telecoms or fintech PR backgrounds.
What you'll be doing

Running strategy and delivery on a portfolio of senior client accounts

Shaping narratives, messaging frameworks and campaign direction

Acting as the day-to-day senior contact for client leadership teams

Driving proactive media and analyst engagement, with a focus on tier one outcomes

Overseeing written output across press materials, thought leadership, research reports and longer-form content

Leading creative development and contributing to brainstorms and client proposals
-
Managing and developing more junior team members
-
Playing a visible role in pitches, organic account growth and sector-specific new business activity
-
At AD level: taking the lead on complex issues and reputation challenges, and expanding the scope of client relationships
What they're looking for

Several years of agency-side experience in B2B technology, cyber, enterprise SaaS, telecoms or fintech communications

A track record of running client accounts and being trusted as a senior advisor

Confident media instincts and existing relationships across relevant press

Strong writer with range across formats and audiences

Commercially switched on, with evidence of spotting and acting on organic growth

Comfortable line managing, coaching and bringing others up through the ranks
