Lucy Highton

Although new to the recruitment world, Lucy has 15 years of marketing experience within the technology, charity and travel sectors and, having climbed Kilimanjaro, we knew she’d rise to the challenge. As Premier’s Marketing Manager, Lucy takes care of all things branding, campaign-focused and strategy.

Outside of the office, Lucy loves travelling, especially to India, often fosters children and is happiest when feeling calm (and eating chocolate).
