Product Manager CLOUD

We are partnered with a B2B technology business based in Milton Keynes. Our client is a global technology business who provide both hardware and and software products globally, covering America, Asia, Australia and European regions. They operate across 19 sectors, including’ retail, distribution, manufacturing etc. They are owned by a global business who’s turnover is around £50 billion. As Product Manager – CLOUD, you will be responsible for shaping the next generation of their software platform, which is vital to the product portfolio and growth plans. Working closely with the Product Director, CTO other key internal stakeholders globally, you will shape the vision, strategy and the reality of this Cloud-based platform. In addition, you will work with the marketing team to create tjeir market messaging, collateral and launch plans that clearly articulate their proposition to market.
You will bring to this role a solid understanding of data networking principles as well as a passion for the latest developments and best practice in Cloud based software and technology. You will need to quickly gain a deep understanding of their market landscape, their existing solution and their sector priorities in order to build a focused roadmap and long-term generation plan for the platform. You will regularly undertake Voice of the Customer research to establish the functional and non-functional requirements as well as any service expectations. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working with the product owners and multiple R&D scrum teams to define and deliver the user stories and be part of user acceptance testing the solution.
The ideal candidate will come from a B2B software or cloud product background, within a product management role. You will be highly capable of understanding products and translating your knowledge into actionable insight for senior stakeholders. In return, the role will pay between £55K and £65K.
